Our story, 1984 to today
How a neighbourhood centre on Darling Street became together², and where the next chapter goes.
About us · Rozelle since 1984
We started as a neighbourhood centre on Darling Street. Today we are one organisation with two arms, still on the same street, still asking what this community needs.
Who we are
Specialist disability, aged care and clinical services across metropolitan Sydney.

How we work
If a support plan cannot show how it moves at least one of these, it is not yet a support plan.
Our Future · Community-Led Plan 2026 to 2029
Co-designed with our community in October 2025, and endorsed by our Board.
A vibrant, inclusive hub where disability, aged care and community services converge. A place where everyone, regardless of ability or age, finds connection, purpose and belonging.
Inclusive roles, volunteer pathways and school leaver placements.
Advocating for secure, accessible housing, and exploring new models.
Belonging, a say, and programs that put young and old in the same room.
The road ahead
Café funding and Wellbeing Hub partners.
The café opens and SLES pathways scale up.
The Wellbeing Hub fully operational.
The Centre re-established as an Inner West hub.
The social enterprise café
A meeting point at Rozelle, with hospitality training and jobs for people who find the job market hard to get into. What it earns goes back into the Centre.
Development approval complete
