For over 40 years, we have been dedicated to supporting our community by providing personalised solutions across disability, aged care, and community services throughout Sydney. At together², we believe that true integration means involving everyone, older people, youth, people with disabilities, local partners, volunteers, and supporters in creating a space where all voices are heard and valued.

Our mission is to build meaningful connections that foster inclusivity and celebrate diversity. Through our community programs, we create real impact through essential activities such as food relief and social events, providing over 19,000 meals annually supporting people doing it tough. Together, we are shaping a brighter future where everyone plays a role.

“My son has been attending Rozelle Neighbourhood Centre (RNC) for many years, participating in a drama group and a Saturday activities program. These social events are very important for him as they take part in activities that link them to the local community. My son has been living in his own home for almost 20 years and his house works best when we are working with an agency to manage the day to day issues of running a household. We now have a Lifestyle Coordinator who links us with the family, support staff, friends and other activities with RNC to enable my son to have an active, healthy and fulfilling life.
