together² Limited (ABN 67 389 740 920) is a registered NDIS provider and respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what rights you have over it, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

Through this website

If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number and the details of your enquiry.

As a participant or client

Name, date of birth, contact details, emergency contacts, and information relevant to the supports we provide, including information from your NDIS plan or Aged Care assessment where applicable.

As an applicant or volunteer

Information you provide when you apply to work or volunteer with us, including referee details and any screening checks required for the role.

Cookies and website analytics

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how it is used, such as which pages are visited. This service does not use cookies and does not track you individually.

Why we collect it, and how we use it

We collect personal information to respond to enquiries, provide the supports and services you have asked for, meet our obligations as an NDIS and aged care provider, and run our organisation. We do not use your information for anything else without telling you.

Who we may share it with

We may share information with government bodies where we are required or authorised to, including the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, My Aged Care, and the Commonwealth Home Support Programme, with your emergency contacts where necessary for your safety, and with other organisations involved in your care where you have agreed to this. We do not sell personal information to anyone.

The platforms we use to run this website

This website, including the contact form, is built and managed on the Zover platform. When you submit the contact form, your enquiry is received and stored through Zover before it reaches our staff. This may mean your information is processed on servers located outside Australia, including the United States.

Keeping your information secure

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, and we keep it only for as long as we need it or are required to by law.

Your rights

Access

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you.

Correction

You can ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, you can make a complaint to us or to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
