Feedback and complaints

Tell us when something is not right

A complaint helps us fix something that did not go the way it should have. You will not be treated differently for making one, and you do not have to be right about every detail for it to matter.

How to make a complaint

Talk to a worker

Tell any together² worker, support coordinator or manager directly. This is often the fastest way to sort something out.

Call us

02 9556 9500, Monday to Friday, business hours.

Email us

hello@together2.org.au, any time.

Fill in a form

Ask any worker for a Complaint Report Form, or request one by phone or email.

What we promise

It costs nothing

Making a complaint is free and will not affect your supports.

You can stay anonymous

You do not have to give your name if you would rather not.

Someone else can complain for you

A family member, friend, advocate or support person can make a complaint on your behalf.

We will get back to you

We aim to acknowledge every complaint within 2 business days.

What happens next

We aim to resolve most complaints within 21 days. If yours needs longer — for example because it involves other organisations — we will tell you why and keep you updated. If you are not happy with how we have handled things, you can ask for it to be looked at again by someone more senior.

Go outside us entirely

You can make a complaint directly to a regulator at any time — you do not need to complain to us first.
