A café that does more than coffee

The social enterprise café planned for Rozelle, the pathways it will carry, and where it is up to.

People sharing a meal around long tables in the common room at Rozelle

The café at Rozelle is meant to be a meeting point rather than a business: the kind of neutral, welcoming ground between home and work where friendships actually start.

It will carry employment and training pathways in hospitality and community services for people with disability, school leavers through SLES, older Australians and anyone else finding the job market hard to get into. What it earns goes back into the Centre’s programs.

The design is accessible and neuro-affirming, aligned with the Inner West Disability Inclusion Action Plan. Development approval is complete, and we are working with partners to secure the funding to build it.

The café is part of Our Future: the Community-Led Plan 2026 to 2029.
